My "The Star is a Hobo!" graphic novel page won the silver spoon and my Bleeding Heart fashion picture won an honarable mention in the Scholastic contests. I should probably take some pictures of the artworks themselves for you guys. Take note these pictures are approximately a year old. I hardly ever place in contests so this is a shocker for me. This makes me feel like my art is worth something. I'm happy about that. :meow:

Hello! My name's Susan, and I am currently working on my ceramics BFA and education certification in hopes of becoming an art teacher. Obviously clay is my medium of choice, but I also enjoy drawing and printmaking. I tend to go for a more graphic style in my drawings, because I have always enjoyed the art styles in comic books. I really enjoy making mini comics, but have to make them in spurts due to my hectic college life.

I'm always up for improving my art, so constructive criticism is always appreciated! :D
